Directions

By car

From the direction of Hamburg

  • A1 in the direction of Bremen and change at Bremer Kreuz onto the A 27 in the direction of Bremerhaven.
  • Take exit no. 19 “Universität”.
  • Follow the road in the direction of “Universum”, turn right into Universitätsallee.
  • At the third crossroads in front of the Universum Science Center, turn right into Wiener Straße and after a few meters turn right into Fahrenheitstraße.

From the direction of Bremerhaven

  • A27 in the direction of Bremen.
  • Take exit no. 19 “Universität”.
  • Follow the road in the direction of “Universum”, turn right into Universitätsallee.
  • At the third crossroads in front of the Universum Science Center, turn right into Wiener Straße and after a few meters turn right into Fahrenheitstraße.

From the direction of Osnabrück

  • A1 at the exit “Dreieck Stuhr”, change onto the A28 in the direction of „Delmenhorst“
  • Follow the B75 in the direction of „Bremerhaven/A27/Zentrum“
  • Take the exit „Universität“
  • Turn left into the „Wiener Strasse“
  • At the third street, turn left into „Fahrenheitstraße“

By train

  • From the central station of Bremen, take the tram line 6 (towards Universität) to the station “Universität / Zentralbereich”. It takes about 14 minutes.
  • On the opposite side you can see the cafeteria and the cafeteria lake.
  • Cross the tram tracks and take the footpath below the cafeteria directly at the cafeteria lake.
  • Inter of the newly built “Galileo Residence” (student residence), turn left into the Tönjes-Vagt-Weg.
  • After about 50 meters you are on Fahrenheitstraße.

By taxi from Bremen Central Station you need about 15 minutes (6 km).

By plane

  • From Bremen Airport, take the tram line 6 (towards Universität). It takes about 30 minutes to the stop Universität / Zentralbereich. In about 5 minutes walk you reach OTARIS.
  • By taxi from Airport Bremen you need about 25 minutes (12 km)
  • From Hannover Airport you can reach us by train or taxi. The distance is about 120 km
  • From Hamburg Airport you can reach us by train or taxi. The distance is about 135 km
